Am I making progress in therapy?

If you’re in therapy right now, I challenge you to have faith in the process.

It’s completely normal to start therapy unsure whether it can really help. You’re opening up to someone you don’t know well, and that takes courage.

But over time, I’ve seen meaningful change happen. Things like:

✔️ Shifting long-standing patterns

✔️ Letting go of relationships or behaviours that no longer serve you

✔️ Developing healthier ways to cope

✔️ Sleeping better

✔️ Beginning to process and heal from trauma

Progress in therapy is often not linear, and it (frustratingly) doesn’t happen overnight. BUT, with consistency and openness, change is possible.

Stay with it.
